Drugga grumbled as he examined the map. He didn't mind forests, hell, he
normally could find his way out of a forest on the blackest night, but he
was beginning to think he should've taken that farmer's advice about
avoiding the phantom forest.
He growled and sat back at the fire and munched on the Rabbit he had. It
squirmed a little, trying to get out of his hands. Sighing, he held it's
head to the ground and slamed it against a rock. It squirmed no more.
Then, his ears picked up a sound. Something moving in the bushes. A second
later he concluded it was heading right for him. Quickly grabbing the
crossbow he had taken from a Moogleboar the day before, he pointed it in
the direction of the smell.
Moogle. Definately Moogle.
Well, if nothing else it'd be some good meat. He was getting sick of rabbits
caught in a snare.
Finally, the figure stumbled out of the bush. Seeing the crossbow pointed at
it, the thing squeaked "Don't shoot!"
Drugga examined the Moogle. Rather odd. Was taller than a Moogle, and had a
lock of brown hair. Face was somewhat... human.
"Wot da fuck're yoo?"
The Moogle blinked, then realized what what happening.
"I... am a Moogle-Human Hybrid." it saidd slowly. "People call me Junior."
"Hmmm... Fuzzy and 'umie meat." said Drugga, licking his lips.
A wave of alarm washed over Junior's face.
"No, please! I... I make a good ransom!"
Drugga squint.
"'n why iz dat?"
"I am a son of the former king of the Moogles, Mog." said Junior
painstakingly.
"WOT!?!" Drugga raised the crossbow again.
"Please! Don't kill me!" cried Junior.
"Dat fucking Mog 'ad ta die. 'iz stoopid sun, Turan 'er sumptink, killed ma
buddy."
Junior blinked.
"Turan killed your friend?"
"Yah. 'ez runnin' sum serta jenaside 'er sumptink."
Junior sighed.
Turan was corrupted. He was stuck in that armour, killing, regret every
second of it, and Turan became king. Now, he was killing people randomly.
Finally, he felt like he had some gall.
"Who was your friend?"
"A dood named Sephiroth."
Junior almost collapsed. Sephiroth... that was Turan's MOTHER!
"Turan killed his MOTHER!?!" he yelled.
Drugga nodded.
"'m goin' ta find 'im. Gunna bust a cap 'n 'iz 'ead."
Junior blinked. He had been avoiding the war, knowing that deep inside he
was getting a sick enjoyment from killing, but something told him now was
the time to step up.
"Would you mind if I came along?" he asked finally.
Drugga squinted, then grunted.
"Fine. Yooz gotta getz yer own foodz, tho."
Junior nodded.
