{scene: Galbadia garden, somewhere to the east of Thamasa. Golbez is
looking over across the ocean with a gleam in his eye. The Sorceress is
leaning against a wall to the left of the entrance.}
Golbez: hmmm.....it looks as if....the time....has come..... attendant!
{a tall muscular man approaches Golbez}
attendant: wazzup.
Golbez: yes, attend....Hey! who are you!?
attendant: Gill was sick. I'm da replacement.
Golbez: Oh well, whatever. Attendant! fetch my horse!
attendant: okie dokie {leaves}
for a while, Golbez just continues to look out at the ocean....then
begins to tap his finger impatiently. The attendant finally returns with
a black chocobo.
Golbez: what is THIS!? I asked for my horse you idiot!
attendant: Yo, dere was no horses in da stable, okay?
Golbez: Hmm....how very odd.... {ominous music plays and he looks
around, nervously, looks straight at the camera for a few moments, then
turns back to his attendant} aye, attendant! Tell the captain to head
Southwest torwards the mountains! I sense a strong emmision of magic in
that direction...
attendant: You da boss.... {walks off}
Golbez: {turns to the sorceress} do you sense it also? {she nods} No
doubt Mog will know of this also... I'm sure the aid of the espers can
be a decisive factor in the battle against the moogles(1). {pats the
chocobo on the head, and it coos in reply.} Come, its time for another
training lesson. {leaves the balcony with the sorceress following
behind. Soon after, shouts and flashes of light can be seen eminating
from the doorway...}

Who IS the mysterious sorceress and how has she come to ally herself
with Golbez?
What could the mysterious energy REALLY be?
What HAS become of Golbez's attendant?
Why does the sorceress always give those low looks at Golbez when he's
not looking?
some of these questions might be answered in the next section of.....the
MOOGLE WAR!
notes:
(1) Alright. Here's the deal. I've been reading up on the MW III posts
and haven't heard anything about espers at all. I don't really know all
that much about what happened in MW II. But I'm under the assumption
that the espers simply went into hiding, leaving the human problems to
themselves. If I'm wrong, someone please tell me? I'll then change it to
ancient dragons or some sort....
Well here it is, my first OFFICIAL MW post! ^_^ I know theres not a
whole lot here, but I never thought of myself as a good writer (or a
fast one!) and just wrote what I feel I might be able to finish. If
anyone might want to 'join in' on this little side quest, feel free! Oh
yes, I do understand that my character might be considered 'too
powerful', but trust me, I did hold back alot, and may actually take
away some of his advantages in the future. At this point, I'm not
entirely sure if Golbez is totally on the side of the humans,
considering he does have a few enemies with their bunch, but he will
definitely be opposing the moogles. As for the sorceresses, if anyone
read my post 'the fall of Figaro', I'm probably gonna change the
appearance to 'the hoard' a bit, I just don't think she would really
change the creatures the same way her 'predecessor' did... I better
watch myself, or I might just end up being some kind of zerg-like force
in this thing! (hate those little bastards...)
oh yeah, and if you want some more info on my character, read my
previous post. I don't feel like typing anymore...
