   In the not so center of the planet, there once stood a mighty tower.
But now only a over grown hill cover with grass.

   About 150 feet below the surface of this hill a small sort of cave had
formed after the destruction of the once mighty "Kefka", and in this cave
was a light for a unknown source. Next to the light was a figure, with
now grayish blond hair, and tattered clothes. 

Kefka: Well another day in this hole. I'm still amazed at how I survived,
I mean they killed my immortal body but my human body survived:)

Voice: It is time that you try to get back to the surface and redeem
yourself. 

Kefka: What?

Voice: Look! You were Cid's first test subject right? And he messed up,
that is what made you go crazy.

Kefka: Well, what do you want me to do?

Voice: Get back to the surface, and go and help the good causes.

Kefka: How? And what do I get in return?

Voice: First; I will set you free. Second; You have to or this cave will
soon cave in.

Kefka: Ok, I will do it, now please set me free.

  And with that a hole opened up to the surface, and Kefka was able to
climb up to the surface and in to the new world.

In the tower at the top of Castle Vector, Kefka watched and laughed at
the little war that was happening.

Kefka: Just wait world, my war will be greater, and you will know the
name Kefka.

A solider of the empire enters.

Solider: Sir Kefka, Cid the master engineer wants to see you.
Kefka: What about peon? Can't you see I'm busy.
Solider: He say's that the new experimental Magitek armor is ready for
testing.
Kefka: Excellent! You my leave now.
Solider: Yes Sir.

The solider leaves in a hurry.

Kefka: Perfect, if this new type of machine works I will be one step
closer to my goal.

Kefka runs out of his tower and toward the newly built Magitek Research
Facility to meet with Cid.
