Date: Thu, 27 Aug 1998 13:52:09 EDT Subject: [ffml] [MW] Metonymy From: RaumKatze2@aol.com Infinity and nothingness, just like order and chaos, light and darkness, and the 1 and the 0 of the binary code, they are two inseparable sides of the same coin, divided by a thin line. To look into the eyes, and deeper, into the soul of the Reis Weapon is to see that line twisted and shattered, creating a paradox that is perfect, and yet flawed. The Reis Weapon has a love/hate relationship with time and space. It feeds on them with a lust that is symptomatic of an uncomprehendable motive, so devious, so arousing, so mind-blowing that most people who gave the smallest thought to it would simply dismiss it as pure, annoying advertising before eventually going insane from its complex puzzles. Yes, such is the Reis Weapon. Not born in the past, the present, or the future, the Reis Weapon creates what it loves because it wants to consume it, and consumes what it hates, because it wants to master it. This never ending loop will simultaneously pull in and blast away any who dare to go near it. Needless to say, it was not pretty when the Dildo weapon dared to do so. -------- Revenge. No alliances. Just revenge, sweet revenge. That is all that possessed the Strap On Dildo Weapon, nearly twice as big as the fallen Dildo Weapon, along with its own hideous, gargantuan, vinyl strap. It now existed only to have revenge against the thing that did that to its brother, The Dildo Weapon, a servant of Mog, shattering its preconceptions and prophecies. The Strap On, a servant of revenge, and nothing more, was gradually catching up to the object of its anger. It knew exactly where the confrontation would take place. If it wasn't so consumed with vengeance, it might have chuckled at the irony. -------- An old fortress, which only a short time ago was deserted. It had been and would continue to be the site of many significant battles in the world's history. It was now the center of a conflict between two forces, who were now taking a short rest. One was taking a rest from the exhausting combat that he partook in to defend himself, his army, and his friends. The other was currently getting wed to the man of his dreams, one of them at least. But soon, the two forces would be fighting again, but little did they know that in less than 48 hours, another conflict would be taking place on their battlefield, a conflict of both lesser and greater proportions. Lesser, in the number of parties involved, and the importance and number of the reasons for the conflict. Greater in the potential carnage and the shear power and size of the parties involved. If Mog and Bacca knew what was coming, perhaps they would have questioned their faith. ------ Heh heh, just thought I'd throw a wrench into the gears to make things more interesting. :) [Note: By the way, the Reis Weapon is the thing causing a disturbance in the time-space continuum in part 158.]
