The capital of Sapia, the great kingdom of man, was all that remained of the
said great kingdom of man.

King Vaarek sat at his throne, placing his mind at peace as he would be the
last king of humanity.

"Tolstoy, what have we done to deserve this?"

Tolstoy, the chancellor, and probably the last person in the capital besides
the most loyal of soldiers, pulled his mustache and sighed.

"OUr kingdom had only fifty years of peace in it's history, majesty. First,
when your great ancestor Alexander began the war against the ancient folk,
clad in his magnificent gear bestowed upon him by the gods, to the
conclusion of that war, two thousand years since, when our "Reaper" slew
the vile reptiles. Fifty years of peace since the terror of godzilla had
ended, and then, Krell came to us."

Vaarek nodded.

"I was merely a child when he strolled into the capital, marvelling at our
magnificent wonders. Strange and foreign he was, clad in obsence clothing,
a large reptilian brute much unlike the Reptites."

"And he was crucified by order of your grandfather." finished Tolstoy.

"Aye. But his will was strong, I recall my grandfather fuming. He ripped his
arms off the cross and raced off into the woodlands and beyond our known
earth. We sent our flyers in search of him, but all we succeeded to do was
stir up food creatures."

"Yes. But now, fourty years later, he has returned, leading an army of
horrific, green skinned beasts. Feral but organized, if one could call it
that, they have somehow managed to defeat our vastly superior culture."

"The glory of man has ended." sighed Vaarek.

"It was written that Godzilla's last words were to the effect that we would
not rule the Reptite's culture..." sighed Tolstoy.

"It was written."

A soldier burst in through the doorway.

"Sir! Krell's finest General, Drugga "the Clubber", has just ordered his
batallion to charge."

"Stay him off. The Nors shall be returning soon." mumbled Vaarek.

"But Majesty, Krell has offered mercy to anyone who throw down his arms and
flees."

"Stay him off. The Nors shall be returning soon." snarled Vaarek at the
soldier. The soldier nodded and ran off.

"Majesty, if you do not mind my pointing out, the Nors were routed in the
battle of the Narshe."

"The Nors are the finest warriors ever produced. The survivors shall
return."

The chancellor sighed.

* * * * * * *

Krell, clad in black armour, his maced tail sticking out from under his
purple cape, surveyed the capital.

"At long last, vengence shall be mine..." he snarled.

These... Orks, they called themselves, were the finest warriors ever
produced, he noted. After being humilated in the capital of this realm of
foolish, weak creatures, he found these Orks in the forests to the east.
Feral, they had a definate enjoyment for fighting. It was a religion to
them. All they needed were soem guidence, some guidence he was willing to
give.

One paticular Ork leader, or a Warboss, as the Orks called it, was a fellow
who called himself "Drugga da Klubba." Orks size seemed to be based on
their position in their society. Drugga was abnormally large, even for an
ork. Not that Krell was complaining, Drugga had proven to be the finest
general he could ask for. Drugga was able to crush the humans' last hope of
defeating their elite unite of berserker/warrior cult, the Nors, when they
had cut through most of his other WAAAUGHS.

"WAAAUGH" was the Ork term for a group of Orks out trying to crush
something. It was also the term for war, a battle cry, the name of their
religion, and a powerful word that seemed to inspire every ork in earshot
to get up and hit something. Magnificent creatures.

"'ey! Boss!" yelled Drugga as he rode up on a boar. "Da 'umiez ain't
surenderin'. Whack 'em dead?"

"Aye." ordered Krell. Drugga grunted in approval and rode off, yelling
something to his best men.

Yes, soon this civilization that mankind ripped from the Reptites would come
to a fall, and the balance of things would be restored.
