E'ris kicked at one of the spherical pylons binding his gear.
Disgusted, he uttered a curse word in the Nereid language.
After a few more ill-fated efforts to destroy the pylons, he
cursed again and set off to leave the cove he had landed on.
Unfortunately, the Dark Lord seemed to have other plans. As
though a passage had never existed, the mountains had grown
together like flesh, barricading him into the cove.
E'ris sat down and waited.
